Fees and limits
The details, in plain terms.
- Trial. Starter comes with a 30-day free trial. Deposits made during the trial carry Starter's 10% management fee. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically at $200 a month unless you switch to Free or another plan first. Growth and Scale bill from the day you buy.
- Your wallet. It holds the money you set aside to pay creators. Creator fees and commissions are paid from it.
- Management fee. Added on top when you fund your wallet, at your plan's rate. On Starter, a $1,000 deposit puts $1,000 in your wallet plus a $100 fee. The fee covers work done when you fund, so it is not refunded if you later withdraw unspent funds.
- Card processing. Card deposits may carry a processing fee. ACH is the lowest-cost option.
- Going live. Paid partnership and affiliate campaigns need at least $250 in the wallet. Gifting-only campaigns need no deposit.
- Limits. Reset each month, except Free's 10 gifts, which are in total. Reaching a limit prompts an upgrade, never an overage charge.
- Creators. GRIN takes nothing from what creators earn.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Starter. It comes with a 30-day free trial. You can also start on Free at $0, or buy Growth or Scale today. A card or ACH account goes on file at signup.
Can I try Growth first?
Start the 30-day Starter trial and move to Growth when you're ready. Growth adds multiple brands and higher limits.
What happens when my Starter trial ends?
Billing starts automatically at $200 a month unless you switch to Free or another plan before day 30. Deposits made during the trial carry Starter's 10% management fee.
Which plan costs least for me?
It depends on your limits first: gifts, brands and search. On fees alone, Starter costs less than Free once you fund about $2,000 a month for creators, Growth costs less than Starter above about $10,000, and Scale costs less than Growth above about $50,000.
What does the management fee cover?
The work GRIN and Gia do to run your program: finding and recruiting creators, outreach, contracts, escrow, payouts with tax handling, and tracking results. It is a percentage of what you deposit into your wallet, set by your plan.
When is the fee charged, and is it refunded if I withdraw?
It is charged when you fund your wallet and added on top, so a $1,000 deposit puts $1,000 in your wallet. The rate is the one for your plan at the time of the deposit. You can withdraw unspent funds, but the fee on that deposit is not refunded.
What counts as a gift, and what happens at a limit?
A gift counts when its $0 order or shipment is created in GRIN, including product inside a paid deal. Limits reset each month, except Free's 10 gifts, which are in total. Reaching a limit prompts an upgrade, never an overage charge.
Do creators pay anything?
No. GRIN takes nothing from what creators earn.
Do I need a contract or a sales call?
No. Free, Starter, Growth and Scale are month to month and self-serve. Enterprise is an annual agreement with a dedicated account manager.
