Cannabis Equity Reinvestment Board

The Cannabis Equity Reinvestment Board is a policy board in the executive branch of state government. According to statute, the Board is chaired by the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion or his designee and meets at the call of the chair or whenever the majority of members request.
