Tony Blair
Tony Blair is a multi-millionaire[1] former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom with a track record of lying,[2][3] convicted in absentia as a war criminal.[4][5]

Background
Tony Blair was the second son of Leo Charles Lynton Blair (1923–2012) and Hazel Elizabeth Rosaleen Blair (1923–1975). Leo Blair was the illegitimate son of two travelling entertainers Charles Parsons (1887–1970), who used the stage name Jimmy Lynton, and Mary Bridson (1886–1969), and was fostered out adopted as a baby by the Glasgow shipyard worker James Blair and his wife, Mary, taking their surname. On 2 June 1927, his biological parents married and tried to reclaim him, but Mary Blair refused to return him and later prevented him from contacting his birth parents.[6]
When Leo Blair left school, he worked as a copy boy on the Communist Party newspaper The Daily Worker. He was secretary of the Scottish Young Communist League from 1938 to 1941. He studied law at the University of Edinburgh, becoming a barrister and later, a university law lecturer. Despite having been a communist in his youth, Leo became active in the Conservative Party. He had ambitions to stand for Parliament in Durham, hoping to become a candidate in the 1964 general election, which were thwarted when he suffered a stroke in 1963 at the age of 40.[7]
Education
Chorister School
Blair attended the Chorister School in Durham from 1961 to 1966.[8] In 2013, a school abuse probe ended with no criminal charges made, because police found no evidence to suggest any named person still alive had been responsible for any criminal offence, alleged to have taken place in the 1950s and 1960s. The school's insurers paid out damages to 23 students sexually abused by the school's former headmaster, Canon John Drove[9].
Fettes College
Aged 13, he was sent to board at Fettes College in Edinburgh, a preparatory school known for its ties to the UK/VIPaedophile system[10], from 1966 to 1971. at school he was beaten, and became part of the fagging system, where he was assigned as a servant to an older boy.At age 14, he tried to run away, reaching Newcastle Airport, where he slipped past security before boarding a plane for the Bahamas.[11][12]
Ronald Selby Wright, Blair's school "spiritual mentor" at Fettes and former chaplain to the Queen, Moderator (the most senior figure) in the Church of Scotland, with links to the military and to boys clubs, was a "persistent paedophile". Robert Philip, Blair's tutor and official historian of Fettes College, said at the time of Blair's leadership election: "When Blair was having trouble with the establishment, he would confide in Ronald. He was a sounding board. I think there were a lot of seeds for his religious faith sown there." Selby Wright was also interviewed at the time of Blair's election as Labour leader. He remembered that the young Blair had been on at least one summer camp and had joined him as an assistant for an excursion after leaving Fettes. "I liked him very much." said the minister. "He has strong principles. He came on camp with us. We had a couple of boats and a lot of walking and a lot of games, but very strict discipline. When he left Fettes I was extremely upset."[13] In his final year at Fettes, Blair ran a summer camp for Selby Wright's boys' club.[14]
According to John Rentoul's biography Tony Blair Prime Minister, the Unionist politician and VIPaedophile Knox Cunningham, who had links to people involved in a child sex abuse ring, would visit the school several times a year and he liked to visit the boys' quarters. According to Philp, "Blair loved having discussions with Knox Cunningham".[15]
In 2017 Blair said that in his youth he really wanted to be an actor. He said: "I was very keen always on acting, and I did a lot of acting at Fettes. For various reasons I never continued it at Oxford, but I would have liked to have done that. So I guess there was always a certain, you know, I was in a rock band and all that sort of stuff, so there’s a certain performer element of my character that was obvious from an early age."[16]
At Fettes, Blair befriended the Bush family connection Bill Gammell.[17]
Oxford
Blair attended St. John's College, Oxford University from 1972 to 1975, studying law.
In a 2010 novel by Blair's friend Robert Harris, The Ghost (filmed in 2010 by Roman Polanski as the Ghost Writer), the character Adam Lang is a thinly-disguised version of Tony Blair.[18] The fictional counterpart of Cherie Blair, Ruth Lang, is depicted as a sinister manipulator of her husband, an empty vessel who was picked because of his acting skills. The hidden message found at the end reveals that "Langs wife Ruth studying in 76 was recruited as a CIA agent in America by Professor Paul Emmett of Harvard University"[19].
Barrister
After Oxford, Blair trained at the Inns of Court School of Law and served his barrister pupillage at Lincoln's Inn, where he was called to the Bar. He met his future wife, Cherie Booth, at the chambers founded by Derry Irvine, who was to be Blair's first lord chancellor.[20] Eldred Tabachnik, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews from 1994 to 2000 and a friend Michael Levy (see below), was a senior barrister at the chambers where Blair was trained.[21]
The actress Clarissa Dickson Wright claimed Tony Blair was known as "Miranda" the Bar when they moved in similar circles back in the 1970s.[22] In 1983 at Bow St Magistrates Court a certain Charles Lynton was fined £50 for attempted soliciting in city toilets, the police notes were to disappear later along with several prior verbal warnings. [23]
Early political career
Blair joined the Labour Party shortly after graduating from Oxford in 1975. In the early 1980s, he was involved in Labour politics in Hackney South and Shoreditch, where he aligned himself with the "soft left" of the party. He stood for selection as a candidate for the Hackney council elections of 1982 in Queensbridge ward, a safe Labour area, but he was not selected to be a candidate.
At the age of thirty, he was elected as MP for Sedgefield near Durham, in 1983, given a safe seat despite the party's landslide defeat at the general election.
David Shayler has claimed that Tony Blair worked for MI5 before he became Labour leader, spying on his comrades in Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and the left wing of the party. [24] Whether or not it is true, his record would seem to indicate a de facto subservience to the UK deep state.
Convenient death
Blair was selected Leader of the Labor Party after the - convenient - sudden death of his predecessor John Smith in May 1994. Smith's cautious approach sought to avoid controversy and win the next election by capitalizing on the unpopularity of the Conservative government. This frustrated many "modernisers" like Blair and Gordon Brown. In Tony Blair’s memoirs, A Journey (2010), he writes of a premonition of John Smith's death. At the beginning of April 1994, when John Smith was leader of the Labour Party, Blair was staying in a hotel in Paris with his wife Cherie. Blair writes:
I remember waking up the first morning and then waking Cherie. I said to her “If John dies, I will be leader, not Gordon (Brown). And somehow I think this will happen. I just think it will.[25]
1993 Bilderberg meeting and WEF
When asked in March 1998 in the UK Parliament "which members of his Government have attended meetings of the Bilderberg Group?", Tony Blair replied "none".[26] However, when named by a fellow attendee of the 1993 conference he later admitted attending, he termed Bilderberg "a really useful group".[27]
He was also selected to be part of the 1993 Global Leaders for Tomorrow program of the World Economic Forum, the inaugural cadre of the highly influential deep state recruitment network.
Jimmy Savile
Roger Ordish, Savile's BBC producer and co-creator of Jim'll Fix It, said: "he did the same thing at Chequers with the Blairs as he did with the Thatchers (Savile visited Thatcher numerous times). Savile also claimed to have known Blair when he as Prime Minister was admitted initially to Stoke Mandeville hospital, where Savile had his own suite used for child abuse, after suffering chest pains while staying in the Buckinghamshire retreat. "We have a suite of rooms to take VIPs from Chequers. When Tony Blair had his heart trouble, this is where he came."[28][29]
Zionist backers
When Tony Blair was Shadow Home Secretary, under John Smith, in the early 1990s, he was introduced to Israel lobbyist Michael Levy by Israeli embassy officer Gideon Meir. In the years to come, Levy would become known as 'Lord Cashpoint' for his ability to fundraise for Blair, and thanks to this Blair rose to the top of the Labour Party and won the election in 1997. Levy raised money from influential pro-Israel lobbyists, such as Westfield Chairman, Frank Lowy, Emmanuel Kaye of Labour Friends of Israel, and, Trevor Shin. Additionally, Formula One boss, Bernie Eccleston, gave a £1 million payment to Labour through Levy, which had to be returned to prevent accusations of receiving cash in exchange for favors. At the exact same time he was fundraising for Blair, Levy was fundraising for Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.[30][31][32]
During his time as prime minister, Blair regularly consulted the pro-Israel lobby group, Labour Friends of Israel (LFI), a group he was close to ever since he became a member of parliament .In his speech to the LFI Annual Reception in September 2006, Blair said: “I have never actually found it hard to be friend of Israel, I am proud to be a friend of Israel.”[33]
The Times colunist David Aaronovitch "loyally supported him as he deceived the public and waged his wars".[34]
New Labour
I have taken from my party everything they thought they believed in. What keeps it together is success and power.[35]
As leader of the party, with the Levy-raised money in his ‘blind trust,’ Blair achieved financial independence from the trade unions and the Labour Party itself. According to his friend Robert Harris, Blair hated the Labour Party and viewed it as his enemy.[36] With the Levy money Blair was able to begin expanding his private office and he hired Alastair Campbell, former Political Editor at The Daily Mirror, as his press officer in September 1994 and the spooky diplomat Jonathan Powell as his chief of staff in January 1995. The Labour Party now had a leader over whom it had no control at all. Brown, Blair plus Powell, Campbell, advertising/polling expert Philip Gould and Peter Mandelson made up virtually the whole of New Labour, a marketing term changing the party's traditional policies to anti-union, pro-bankster, pro-NATO and pro-low corporate and personal taxes[37]
Murdoch press
In 1995 Tony Blair flew to Australia to pledge his allegiance at a meeting of News Corp’s executives. According to Peter Osborne, this was ‘an extraordinary act of fealty.'[38] From late 1995 onwards the Murdoch papers were, at worst, neutral towards Labour. Blair’s press secretary, Alastair Campbell began writing articles to go under Blair’s name in the Murdoch papers. Osorne wrote that "The first appeared in The News Of The World: Other papers woke up to the ease with which Blair articles could be obtained. Soon the Leader of the Opposition became the most prolific journalist in Fleet St, by far... It was not long before the burden of writing his [Blair] comment pieces became too great for Campbell alone, and he was forced to farm out the work to junior members of the press office."[39]
Other affiliations
Tony Blair is a member of the Fabian Society, the America APPG, patron of the Foreign Policy Centre and a member of The Other Club since 1991.
War Crimes
Since the Crown Prosecution Service showed no interest in prosecuting Blair, efforts were ongoing as of 2017 to privately prosecute Tony Blair. These were being actively opposed by Jeremy Wright, UK Attorney General.[40]
Tried in absentia Tony Blair was convicted by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission[4] both for crimes against peace following his lies in the run up to the illegal Iraq War. The tribunal referred their findings to the chief prosecutor at the International Court of Justice in the Hague. He is wanted for the supreme crime, that of waging a war of aggression. The leaking of the Downing street memos exposed the deceits which leading up to the illegal 2003 Invasion of Iraq, an act of unprovoked aggression which has resulted in over a million deaths. George Monbiot writing for the Guardian termed him "one of the two greatest living mass murderers on earth", noting that the war crime charge "looks incontestable".[42]
Citizens' Arrest?
He has not yet been brought to justice, although he has been arrested to several citizens' arrests. An activist has set up the Arrest Blair website which distributes bounties to those who try to perform a citizen's arrest on him. This feat is made difficult by the £250,000/year paid by the UK government for Blair's security guards.
Pariah status
In August 2012, Archbishop Desmond Tutu announced his refusal to share a platform with Blair. His office stated:
- "Ultimately, the Archbishop is of the view that Mr Blair's decision to support the United States' military invasion of Iraq, on the basis of unproven allegations of the existence in Iraq of weapons of mass destruction, was morally indefensible. The Discovery Invest Leadership Summit has 'leadership' as its theme. Morality and leadership are indivisible. In this context, it would be inappropriate and untenable for the Archbishop to share a platform with Mr Blair.[43]
In January 2014, Craig Murray wrote on his blog "Seeing Tony Blair speaking at Ariel Sharon’s Funeral – one war criminal eulogising another – was so horrifying it has jolted this blog back out of retirement. There may be no justice, but there can be truth."[44]
Chilcot Inquiry

On 2 June 2014, Tony Blair avoided answering questions about the then unpublished Chilcot Inquiry report into the Iraq war.[45] In October 2015 "Blair issued what amounted to a non-apology as he tried to spin his way out of the trouble he expect[ed] from the findings of the Chilcot inquiry into Britain's role in the Iraq War."[46]
Deep state protection
An article by Professor Arshad M. Khan entitled "Elite Impunity and the Chilcot Report – Will Tony Blair Ever Go to Jail?" published soon after the report of the Chilcot Inquiry began by observing "What stands out in the British Iraq Inquiry (Chilcot) report is the sidestepping of the war crime issue" and concluded "Are we ever likely to see Blair, Bush or Cheney in the dock. Not even if hell freezes over...When the political elite can act with impunity, it becomes a corrosive salt eating away at the framework of democracy. It is an ill omen."[47]
Later activities
Accounts of Blair’s wealth vary. Starting in modest conditions, some estimates placed it as high as £100m as of 2022. A Daily Telegraph investigation discovered in 2015 that his personal fortune amounted to £60m.[48] Further assets might be allocated to family members, or stashed overseas. He was named in the Pandora Papers in 2021.[49]
Before Tony Blair announced that he would be resigning, it became known (not officially announced) that he had been offered the reward of a position with Carlyle Group, the US deep state private equity firm which is heavily involved the armaments industry.[50]
In January 2008, Tony Blair became an advisor to Zurich Financial Services and JP Morgan Chase, receiving £500,000 and £2.5 million per year, respectively, for his troubles. In the latter case, Blair provided most of his part-time services over the phone, or, as needed, jetting to parts of the world where the bank had interests. His work with JP Morgan was clearly a reward, as the bank profited from the war Blair had started in Iraq. The father of an Iraq veteran called it "almost akin to taking blood money."[51][52] Blair stated that he was looking at accepting "a small handful" of similar positions with other companies. "I have always been interested in commerce and the impact of globalisation. Nowadays, the intersection between politics and the economy in different parts of the world, including the emerging markets, is very strong," he said.[53]
Blair was reported in 2007 to have taken $500,000 for one short speech in China.[54]
It also became known that the Murdoch press had rewarded him with a £4.5 million signing fee for his memoirs.[55]
Catholicism
Tony Blair converted from Anglicanism to Catholicism he resigned as prime minister in 2007. Blair was received into the Catholic Church by the Archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor,[56] who had persuaded Blair to wait to convert until after he had resigned the premiership.[57] In the year 2000, Murphy-O'Connor refused to resign after it was revealed he did not call in the police after allegations that the priest Michael Hill had sexually abused children. While he was bishop of Arundel and Brighton, the Rt Rev Murphy-O'Connor appointed Hill to a ministry after being warned he was a paedophile.[58]
Tony Blair Associates
Blair set up a complex web of companies which combines his "charity work" and consultancy company. Tony Blair Associates (TBA) was a consultancy firm which worked for many dictators around the world, including Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Rwanda, making money lots of money for Blair.
The money earned from the work undergone by TBA is said to finance his charity work with The Tony Blair Faith Foundation, which promotes dialogue among faiths; The Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative; The Tony Blair Sports Foundation; and Breaking the Deadlock, a foundation that tackles "climate change".[59]
Blair has claimed that the Business model is simple, its thought to be based on Henry Kissinger Associates, set up by Henry Kissinger, and the only purpose for the complex web is to stop vindictive journalists from prying into his affairs.[60][59]
In 2010, it was claimed by the Daily Mail, that Tony Blair Associates would make £27 million, in a four year deal, for advising the Kuwait, a family dictatorship, on how to govern itself. A spokesman for Blair has denied this but did confirm the company would be working with the Kuwaitis for 'several years', and had produced 'Kuwait Vision 2035', a report into the kingdom’s political and economic future.[61]
Libyan involvement
Documents found by the Sunday Telegraph showed that Blair had made at least three visits to Tripoli, twice in the lead-up to the release of the alleged Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi in 2008 and 2009 and once in 2010. On the first two occasions he was flown to the country on planes arranged by Muammar Gaddafi.[62] A senior diplomat told the Daily Telegraph that the British embassy in Tripoli had arranged transport for Mr Blair and his entourage in Tripoli and ensured that representatives were there to "greet him and see him off" at the airport. Mr Blair stayed overnight at the ambassador’s official residence in Tripoli and was accompanied by "several" British police officers for protection. The documents show that among the people he was due to meet in 2009 was Mohammed Layas, head of the LIA.
A Blair spokesman said that the visits had largely been to discuss Africa, and categorically denied that he had lobbied Saif al-Islam on behalf of JP Morgan:
- "As we have made clear many times before, Tony Blair has never had any role, either formal or informal, paid or unpaid, with the Libyan Investment Authority or the Government of Libya and he does not and has never had any commercial relationship with any Libyan company or entity."
In August 2011, American officials told the New York Post newspaper that JP Morgan managed more than half a billion US dollars on behalf of the LIA. One of the letters arranging the 2008 visit, in which an aide to Blair told the Libyan ambassador to Britain that the former prime minister was "delighted" that "The Leader" was likely to be able to see him, was on notepaper headed "Office of the Quartet Representative", his formal title as Middle East envoy. A spokesman for Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary-General, said: "It's up to him to explain why he did this." [63]
In September 2011, the Daily Telegraph revealed that Tony Blair was one of three prominent western businessmen (including an unnamed British businessman and a former American diplomat) who regularly advised Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the former Libyan leader, over investment decisions of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), the $70 billion fund used to invest the country's oil money abroad.[64] An LIA executive, speaking on condition of anonymity, said:
- "Tony Blair's visits were purely lobby visits for banking deals with JP Morgan. Saif and his father played these people like musical chairs. At the end the reputation of the LIA was really damaged because of these interventions."[In what way?]
In March 2016, adjourning a case in London’s High Court over the leadership claims of two rival heads of the Libyan Investment Authority,[65] Tony Blair's elder brother Judge William Blair declared it would be premature to rule while moves were afoot to form a Government of National Accord in Libya.[66]
Knighthood
On 31 December 2021, Queen Elizabeth II announced that Blair would be appointed Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.[67] John Pilger tweeted:
The contempt in which Britain's elite holds the public has never been more eloquently expressed than in the decision to award Tony Blair the highest order of knighthood. One million Iraqis dead, three million dispossessed, a trail of blood to 7/7. Rise Sir Tony![68]
Tony Blair Institute

On 1 December 2016, Blair announced that his ‘The Africa Governance Initiative’, ‘The Tony Blair Faith Foundation’ and his ‘Initiative for the Middle East’ would all become part of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI). The Tony Blair Institute has taken money from among others Saudi Arabia[69] and Oracle. His policy statements since then are likely to be as an undisclosed paid spokesman for these entities.
His Tony Blair Institute successfully pushed for handing the NHS and Britain's most sensitive health data over to Palantir and Oracle.[70][71]
In 2025, the TBI said focus must be on deploying and widely adopting AI, "demonstrating to the world how to effectively apply it across sectors including health, education, government, defence and science."[72]
Israeli Trojan horse
In June 2007 he was appointed special envoy for the Middle East Quartet, representing is made up of the European Union, the United Nations, Russia and the United States, with a portfolio focused on Palestinian economic and political reform. All the language of Blair’s appointment described the conflict not as one generated by Israeli occupation and apartheid, but one of Palestinian failure, and a need for “institutional reform.” TheElectronic Intifada pointed out that "This suited Israel perfectly because Blair, with his fake pro-Palestinian tones, is actually helping Israel to blame the victim by changing the subject from the brutal Israeli military rule that makes normal Palestinian life imposssible."[73]
“Tony Blair is a very well-appreciated figure in Israel,” said Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni. "A true friend of the State of Israel," said Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.[73]
In June 2015, following his decision to stand down as the envoy of the Quartet on the Middle East, Blair was appointed head of the European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation, a pan-European body that campaigns for more censorship in Europe to combat "antisemitism". On his appointment, Blair said 'he will campaign against the abuse of religions which has become a “mask behind which those bent on death and destruction all too often hide”'.[74]
The Palestinian Authority’s former chief negotiator Shaath Nabil Shaath said Blair had: "Achieved so very little because of his gross efforts to please the Israelis."[75]
Deep state agendas after PM
In 2013, Blair said Britain should arm the Syrian rebels and consider imposing a no-fly zone over Syria.[76].
He was strongly opposed to the Afghanistan/2021 withdrawal. For once he wasn't on TV constantly.[77] He was called out for his "deafening silence" by Nigel Farage on GB News.[78] After a few days of silence, Blair called Joe Biden an imbecile for withdrawing troops.
In 2024, Blair urged global regulation of social media to curb "hatred".[79]
Blair supported the 2026 US-Israeli attack on Iran, criticizing PM Keir Starmer’s approach to dealing with US President Donald Trump over the war in Iran and also called for a closer alliance with Gulf States in the Middle East. He proceeded to attack Starmer’s refusal to allow American warplanes to use British bases at the start of the Iran war, a decision that led to a breach in relations with the White House.[80]
In 2025, Blair called for a major rethink of net zero policies, arguing that limiting energy consumption and "fossil fuel" production is doomed to fail, and pushed for instead building nuclear reactors.[81]
Pushing Covid-19 jabs
Tony Blair spoke on BBC Radio 4's Today Programme on 23 December 2020, advocating getting COVID-19 vaccines out to as many people as possible even if it means giving just one dose, like the Johnson & Johnson one-dose vaccine was specifically designed for: skip to 1:51:43 - 1:58:10 at this link: [82] In February 2021, he demanded that "the UK should take the lead in creating a global coronavirus vaccination passport scheme." Certificates that prove the holder has received a jab are the only way to "return to anything like normal", he added.[83]

I asked for access to all the documents I had worked on as Britain's Iraq "expert" at the UN Security Council, including intelligence assessments, records of discussions with the US, and the long paper trail on the WMD dossier. Large files were sent to me to peruse at the UK mission to the UN. However, long hours spent reviewing the files revealed that most of the key documents I had asked for were not there.
