A female gymnast in a red and white uniform performs a vault, launching from the springboard, flipping over the vaulting table, and landing on a blue mat where she is caught and lifted by a male gymnast in a matching uniform. The sequence repeats, showing the same vault and the subsequent interaction between the two athletes on the mat.
